The staff is rude and unprofessional during phone interactions. If the staff wants to pick up the phone, they are often unclear and do not render the needed service in terms of answering questions regarding personal property shipments. Despite sending and packing our personal property 2 months early in anticipation of a delayed delivery, this company has exceeded the projected/required delivery date by 2 weeks beyond what is stated in the agreement. Furthermore, they do not return calls, do not help customers, do not deliver on agreed services, do not have an appropriate avenue for customers to communicate beyond an endless phone loop. Overall, a terrible company to handle our nation's active duty service members' household goods a true disgrace and classless company that utterly disrespects our service members with thier failed promises.
