DO NOT, DO NOT use this moving company... The manager Lou is very courteous and responsive but his team of workers were completely incompetent and unprofessional. Move was scheduled for 9 am and his drivers never showed. Had to cancel move at 3 pm due to building moving restrictions. At one point while speaking to one of the movers he honked and yelled "Look at that ass". They would never give me a clear idea of where they were located and just kept me and their manager Lou in limbo... Unbelievable. Choose anyone else
