Called Gail and set up an appt with Will Gaul, who was very prompt the next day. HOWEVER, everything after that has gone downhill. You have to chase him around, more than one week later no written estimate...apparently yesterday the system was uncooperative. Today he is on calls out of the office. Gail says that they have a new system...all these sound like excuses..and on my opinion a VERY poor way to handle a business. I'm curious to see if I do get an estimate today...or another excuse. Let's see. Asked for district manager...apparently they don't have one. Can't give owners phone...only email lonnie@bekinstransferandstorage.com however, is this really the owner I don't know, as it's the email Gail gave me. She didn't give an owners full name...which I found odd.
I personally doubt if I will use them . Who knows how the move would go given how the estimate process has gone.
If you are planning on using this business...check them out VERY carefully.
