They are the worst moving company ever don't waste you money

Written July 2015 on a Wednesday (2015-07-01)Unprofessional owner - yelling at my wife, verbally rude, does not take responsibility for his own actions nor his crews actions/damages, relieving himself in our back yard, refusing to put appliances where they should be
Unreliable sales rep - false promises, once things started going downhill he ignored our calls
Untrained crew - one guy was constantly on the phone and the owner kept telling him to stop and go away since he did not know how to do things properly, the other guy did not know what to do at all - seemed to be brand new to the moving industry
Actual moving - they showed up 2 hours late from the original two hour window that was scheduled. Although we were quoted by 3 companies who conducted at home estimate that ALL of our belongings will fit in a 26' truck, Ben was not able to fit our belongings even after we already sold a few prior to move. We were forced to trash furniture (futon, 2 desks, lamps, carpet and multiple items) since there was no where to put them. This is after we already filled up our truck and car as well as our neighbors garage with items that had to be left behind - entertainment center, bicycles, table, patio set, BBQ grill etc.
Upon arrival at the new rental house the crew broke a garage light fixture and Ben told us we should be understanding and pay to fix it ourselves since even though they admittedly broke it, it was not their fault. Unprofessional manner of moving furniture resulted in multiple chips on our wooden bedroom set, hole in the bedroom door, scuffs on the stairway walls.
Overall this has been the worst moving experience we ever had. We will NEVER use nor recommend this company - not even to our worst enemy. They have no people skills whatsoever, complete lack of professionalism, and no decency. They are the prime example of why movers have such a bad reputation.
