I am asking this company to send a claim representative to my home to collect information on what the movers broke and they know they broke as they taped the furniture after brreaking. No furniture or items were packed or taken care in the move. Due to haiving themn two hours they forcefully threw and slammed my beloongings in the truck. I am now asking that your company pay me for my items that are broken. I have reported this to Suan Anderson on the day of the move and 2 times there after. I also, have enclosed a letter that was sent to your company and Susan Anderson personally demanding it be sent to a top boss and claims. She threatend me not to email a claim or call the company again. I am the customer and the victim in this situation and she treated me like dirt. I tried to trust your company and your company let me down more than once. I have taken pictures after the movers left, not only this there are pieces of droors they broke that are missing. My furniture is very expensive and it was treated very badly. I ask that you call me and talk with me about the pictures an items that were broken and missing. The men know what

ITEMS OF INTEREST:
My large couch was torn in the back. Ifeel due to the one guy moving the couch by himselfand I went to see the problem he stated the other guy won't shut up and he is moving things on his own. He knows he did it, as I helped him move in the truck. He didn't care. He wanted to argue.
A large beautiful hanging dining room lamp, which they taped after breaking. Stain glass and finding pieces on the ground and a large piece in the lamp itself, and a metal part being bent and breaking loose.

Table was scratched so badly. The wooden table top and the metal as being dragged, 6ft table top with maple wood. Blue blown pipe all scratched up.
Large green China cabinet I was redoing, broke light inside and the entire back his cracked and corners are broken. Chipped and marks all over.
Dresser droor to buffet is missing, and scratched.
One gentleman tore the floor up in the kitchen as he slalmmed boxes and drug an object on the floor, he knows he did it. I told him.
Air conditioner was cracked by your movers as of slamming the object down in the truck and floor.
A dressor door drawel to an antique dressor of my grandmothers was dropped on the side walk and it was broken,
A large yellow dressor was moved and left outside as he slammed it on the sidewalk, 3 droorsre missing parts and droors do not fit inside their sliders in dressor. Slides are dented in and sratcbed.
Glass inside splastic containers that wer packed by me are broken, frames broken due to the men dropping and placing them in another croweded box. These items were very noticeable at the time they were moving these items out of the truck and in the truck.

I ask you review and look at these objecgts. If I did not have to deal with your company I would not. The company owes me for these items and those I have not mentioned. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. I refuse to deal with Amanda and Susan Anderson of this company.
I prefer getting a phone call, no mail. I thank you in this matter as soon as possible. I did not get a reply from Susan Anderson. She quoted to me, "her boses and her got together".(read attached letter and I do have a wittness to this entire conversation on the phone.) Very threatening, but the company owes me.
