Why did your men not arrive at my house today for a scheduled move? Our original time was 12 - 1 pm. When I called you I was told it would be 3 pm. Several texts later in which I explained that I had a dinner engagement at 6:30, I got a message at 3:12 that your men were leaving Richmond. I texted and called several times after 4 and got no response. I got a call at 5:10 that they were on there way and would arrive in 20 minutes. I told the man I needed to leave at 6:15 and would only pay for the time here; that is the last I have heard from your company. I had errands to run today and instead spent the entire afternoon waiting for movers that never arrived. This is a major inconvenience for many reasons, the least of which is that my bedroom and office furniture is still in my living room.
