Gordon's Moving

Had my things packed as I am a cancer patient and was not physically able to do it. Things arrived damaged (such as spindle cracked off antique corner shelf) or not at all. Called Gordon...said to take pics of damages. Never heard back after that. Texted, called cell and business (wife is office manager) and they did not answer phone or return messages and sent e-mail. Finally sent a complaint to BBB and they never replied. BBB said they are not required to because they are not members. (I can see why now!) Am waiting for paperwork from AG's office to file complaint. Was told items were insured...evidently NOT. Used my clothes to wrap items, boxes labeled on top instead of sides and stacked on arrival. Have no clue what is in any. Labeled just by room...no clue of contents. Still have boxes of supposed clothes but still have not found my silverware. Box labeled "kitchen drawer' had toaster oven and radio in it. I have moved 5 times to different states and this was the WORST MOVE EVER!!
