I need to cancel a reseration
Written August 2016 on a Tuesday (2016-08-02)Quest is wonderful! We used them to move us this week and it was our best move yet. The men were courteous, careful and hard working. They respected my concern over moving an antique china cupboard and used great care in moving it. Great movers!!! I highly recommend them.
I'm renting a 24' Budget truck, and only need moving help with the heavy items. My wife and I will have already loaded the truck with all small furniture, boxes, etc. and delivered these to our house in Boone, N.C., and will have returned to our Clayton house to have you move the larger/heavier items.
Downstairs is the following: 1 sofa; 2 Lazy Boy chairs; a stationary bike; 1 upright freezer; 1 bed with the bed already disassembled, and a small chest and chair. THE DOWNSTAIRS ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN OUT THE REAR DECK AND CARRIED AROUND THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE TO THE TRUCK IN THE FRONT YARD (A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 40 YARDS).
Upstairs is the following: 3 beds already disassembled; 7 chests; 1 sofa; 2 wing back chairs; 1 chair with ottoman; 1 kitchen table & 4 chairs; and a dining room table with 8 chairs, and 2 china cabinets.
There IS NOT a refrigerator or clothes washer and dryer to be moved. These stay with the house and new owners.
These items need to be loaded onto the 24' truck, which I will drive to Boone, NC. The truck will be unloaded by moving help on that end.
I believe that 3 men (and myself) can load these items in 3 hours.I’ll tentatively need the moving help on 8/4/17. Please give me your opinion on # of hours, and if you could provide the moving help.
Thanks.
