I rented a truck on 2-24-2017 94.12 was held on my card I however added a extra day an returned it on 2-25-2017 I paid it all in cash 170.00 however it is still showing the 94.12 being held off my card it's now been 11 days an I want my money returned to my card immediately I've rented from you guys 3-4 times since August 2016 an have always paid cash an this has never happened before I understand it's just sitting in limbo right now because you guys never swiped my card when I came back to release this amount back to my account. 11 days is unacceptable I know its normally no more then 3 days to have it released back I did work for a credit card company for 9 years. I'd like this fixed today. 417-761-9877 you can talk to me or my wife Kamie Graves about what needs to be done to return it our account we made sure to pay your money in cash to you an in full upon return of the rental so we would expect you to return our money that's being held after you were paid in full
