We had a scheduled drop off by Wheaton on May 12th, 2016. We were specifically missing two granite inserts for end tables. I have tried calling the driver Richard a few times but he hasn't returned our calls. We received the end tables but the heavy granite inserts were packed separate from the tables. Richard acknowledged that they were missing and recorded it on the paper work he left me. He told me that I would get them the next Wheaton truck that comes up to the Minneapolis/St Paul area. Since then I have not heard anything. I would have reached out to sooner by had some health issues.

Customer Name - Ed Schams (my father who had is furntiture delivered to him in Montello WI. Our delivery was after his in Burnsville, MN).

Would appreciate your help as this is very disappointing! The driver Richard did a nice job overall but dropped the ball and didn't call me back or have anyone lese follow up with me on these two missing pieces.
